White Tea

Many of them belong to the category of very valuable imperial teas whose consumption was reserved only for the chosen few at the Chinese court. White tea has a fine and slightly sweetish taste. The method of processing, baking, drying in the sun is very special for this tea. The tea was allowed to rest for one year after processing.

Kenya

Rare

GREEN TEA

Green tea is obtained, the same way as black tea, from tea plants. During the wilting process it loses enzymes and ferments, which are destroyed by steaming. Green tea therefore does not obtain red shades, but retains its original olive colour. The taste of green tea is more marked and it can be bitterer than the taste of black tea. This is because green tea contains more tannins.

Bancha

Pu ERH

The history of the famous Chinese tea and fat burner pu-erh is fascinating and tied up with a whole number of mysteries, fables and stories.
Pu-erh tea is at home in the Chinese province of Yunnan. It is produced from the “tea forefather”, which can grow to a height of more than 30m and whose origin is more than 800 years old. Pu-erh tea is dark red and has an earthy to sweetish taste. You may not like it at first, but drinking pu-erh tea daily will certainly pay off.

Šheng– green

It is a relatively young manually collected and processed sheng. The average altitude where the leafs were collected is 1300m.n.m. The aroma is still noticeable fruitiness, but there also appear mature tones

This wonderful tea comes from 300 years old trees. Its processing is unusuall among local Tea producers. The rarity of this tea is in its sweetness and fullness. After one cup is finished, the aftertaste is really strong.

Oolong tea

Whole tea leaves are picked for Oolong tea at the moment they are fully mature.
